LDMOS FET technology provides ruggedness, reliability, higher gain per stage and improved efficiency over comparable bipolar devices. The unit includes an over temperature shutdown circuit. The bypass mode will activate in the event of over temperature, loss of AC power or amplifier device failure. The unit is powered from 110 VAC (DC optional) and is designed for single channel GMSK format. The unit has a power takeoff point providing up to 500ma at +12 VDC for external use.
